CONSENT TO PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

I, an Internet user (hereinafter – User/Data Subject), in accordance with the provisions of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 “On Personal Data Protection”, hereby give my consent to the processing of my personal data by Individual Entrepreneur Mikhail Ilyich Kadashevich (hereinafter – the Operator) for the purpose of achieving the goals stipulated by the agreement concluded between the parties, ensuring the performance of the agreement’s conditions, as well as for the purpose of promoting the Operator’s services on the market.

I acknowledge that personal data means any information relating to a directly or indirectly identified or identifiable individual (data subject), namely:

• last name, first name, patronymic;
• phone number;
• email address;
• links to profiles (pages) in messengers used by the Operator and the Data Subject for communication;
• information independently entered by the User when using the Operator’s services (websites and mobile applications);
• bank account details;
• data automatically transmitted to the services during their use through the software installed on the User’s device:
• IP address;
• cookie data;
• information about the User’s browser (or another program used to access the services);
• technical characteristics of the hardware and software used by the User;
• date and time of access to the Operator’s services;
• addresses of requested pages within the Operator’s Services.

Processing of personal data under this consent includes:

• actions (operations) performed with or without the use of automation tools with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), use, depersonalization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data.

I also give my consent to the transfer of my personal data to the following third parties:

• Joint Stock Company “Timeweb”, OGRN 1247800127112 (transfer of personal data is carried out to the hosting provider “Timeweb”);
• Limited Liability Company “Timeweb.Cloud”, OGRN 1227800052215 (transfer of personal data is carried out to the hosting provider “Timeweb”);
• Limited Liability Company “Yandex”, OGRN 1027700229193 (transfer of personal data is carried out to the “AppMetrica” service).

Within the framework of this Consent, personal data processing is carried out in compliance with the laws and other regulatory legal acts. This Consent is valid:

• for personal data related to contract performance – for the entire duration of the contract;
• for personal data collected for statistical and advertising purposes – indefinitely (until the user sends a corresponding withdrawal).
